The customer is aware of all risks associated with water tourism and staying in nature and assumes responsibility for any problems by creating a reservation and using the services. Rental and accommodation services are not provided to persons under 18 years of age without the knowledge of their parents or legal guardian.

1. Rules for canoe rental (Splavma.sk)

• By creating a reservation, taking over the equipment and paying the rent, the lessee expresses their agreement with these rules.
• The lessee rents all things at their own risk. The rental service bears no responsibility for damage to the health and property of the client.
• Rented items can only be used by the lessee and persons designated by them. The lessee is obliged to secure the rented items against theft.
• The subject of the lease is rented for a period of 1 day (calendar day, not 24 hours), 2-6 days, or 7 or more days.
• For a 1-day rental, the rented items must be returned by 10:00 PM. For multi-day rentals, the items must be returned by 10:00 PM on the last day.
• Since we operate on trust, we do not require the signing of a paper lease agreement. By taking over the material, the lessee confirms its flawless condition.

2. Rules for Campsite Nova Dedinka

• By creating an accommodation reservation and entering the campsite area, the guest agrees to the campsite operating rules.
• Guests are required to observe night quiet between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
• The operator is not responsible for valuables and personal belongings of guests left in tents or cars.
• Guests undertake to maintain cleanliness in the campsite and sort waste. Lighting a fire is possible exclusively in designated fireplaces.

3. Payment terms

• We do not require any advance deposit when reserving boats or a place in the campsite.
• The full amount for boat rental and/or accommodation is paid in cash upon arrival.

4. Penalties for damage to material and property

In case of loss or theft of rented items, the lessee is obliged to pay the operator the price of the goods at the acquisition value. In case of damage to equipment, the customer undertakes to pay the repair costs.

5. Cancellation conditions

As we do not require a deposit in advance, we greatly appreciate the serious approach of our customers. If your plans change, your reservation should be cancelled as soon as possible.
